What Skin Conditions Can Fulvic Acid Treat?
Historically, Fulvic acid has been used for decades as a remedy to help treat skin conditions from rashes, to poison ivy and poison oak, to viral infections, spider bites and even athlete’s foot. However, recent scientific studies have determined that there is a strong scientific basis for Fulvic Acid’s skin healing properties.
For centuries, Fulvic acid has been used in China for the treatment of skin diseases and many other conditions. And native and indigenous people in areas of the world where the soil is rich in Humates have long used poultices and compresses of earth to soothe inflamed skin and accelerate the healing of burns, bites and rashes.
While these people did not understand the molecular processes at work, they all knew from experience that “there was something in the soil” that helped them heal. We now know that this “something” is nature’s miracle molecule, Fulvic Acid.

How Fulvic Acid Repairs and Protects the Skin
Nature’s Fulvic™ Healing Cream contains more than 70 plant derived bioavailable minerals. These plant source minerals are less than 0.00001 micron in size – so they can easily pass through the skin cell’s membranes to supply the minerals, oxygen, amino acids and enzymes necessary for the body and skin to heal.
Additionally, Fulvic acid keeps the blood and intercellular fluid in an alkaline state. Fulvic acids actually moves the body from an anaerobic “acid” environment (which causes inflammation and promotes bacteria & fungus) to an alkaline environment that is high in oxygen. This process not only reduces microbes, but also accelerates the delivery of nutrients to cells. By moving the body – and skin – from an acid state to an alkaline state, skin inflammation is reduced.
While prescription and over the counter drugs treat the symptoms of skin illness or injury, Fulvic acid treats the underlying causes of eczema, inflammation or skin infection – working on a cellular level through rapid penetration and hydration to restore health to the skin. And, unlike Hydrocortisone, Corticosteroids, Azathioprine, Cyclosporine, Methotrexate and other dangerous immune suppressants – Fulvic acid has no side effects and is 100% safe.
Scientific Studies on Fulvic Acid for Skin Conditions
A study published in the Journal of Clinical, Cosmetic and Investigative Dermatology determined that Fulvic acid supplementation significantly improved symptoms associated with eczema, even compared to other eczema treatments such as emollient therapy.
In 2001 the publication Drug Development Research, 2001, and in 2000 the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, both published studies indicating that anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties of Fulvic acid played a role in mediating symptoms of contact dermatitis.
Treating Skin Conditions with Fulvic Acid
Fulvic Acid can be applied topically in cream form, for immediate absorption into the affected area of the skin. Fulvic Acid supplements can also benefit skin conditions by providing the same nutraceutical and nutritional benefits from within.
